Skates, Sunset & My Love Kitten

What we did

This meme was made first thing Friday morning, back when the plan was still Biltmore: bring the roller skates and the inline skates, roll around for a while, and stay for the sunset.

The day had other ideas. We ran out of time for Biltmore, so we took the skates to the River Arts District instead, and it was a blast. Just being outside, laughing together, and making another memory with my favorite person.

I also busted my butt and got hurt a little bit. Not too bad, though. Some FriYays leave a bruise, and this one was still completely worth it.

What we’re looking forward to

More dates that don’t need much of an itinerary. Just somewhere beautiful to go and plenty of time together.

And maybe a little more practice staying upright.
